Pensions Service includes:
- Assessment and assistance to understanding your pension entitlement.
- Assistance and advice in the preparation of initial disability claims and lodgment with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
- Assistance and advice with the upgrade of an existing Disability Pension.
- Advice and assist with appeals against the DVA decision.
- Assist with any other pension matters.
- Strict confidentiality applies.
Welfare Service includes:
- Initial point of contact for welfare matters.
- Assessment and assistance to understand the problem.
- Assist Veteran’s families with funeral arrangements.
- Advice on War Graves.
- Assessment with other welfare matters.
- Visit to Veterans’ Homes.
- Visits to Aged Care Homes and hospitals.
- Strict confidentiality applies.
