New By-Law No 8 Senior Executive positions maybe occupied by any individual no longer than Three (3) years. In the event of an impasse only a second term maybe authorised. Rationale: When Board Members of a Not for Profit Organisation do not have specific term limits and some or all the same people continue to serve without limit, over time the Board is likely to become less representative of the community they serve.
